If you submit a paper please note that it is a requirement that one author per paper must be fully registered, as a member/Non Member (not Student or One Day or Other) and paid by 31August 2008 or the paper will not be included in either the Technical Programme or the CD Rom of Proceedings. There will be no exceptions.
